Rafik has 25 years experience with Children and Families Social Work up to and including the post of Assistant Director for Specialist Services and Safeguarding. He has held senior posts in Quality Assurance, Child Protection Conferencing and Review, Managing Disabled Children's Services and Youth Offending.
Rafik now leads an Independent Social Work Consultancy business enabling him to support Rebuilding Schools Nepal alongside his professional work.
Stewart Knights is a Business Management student at Lancaster University, currently on a year abroad variant – completing his second year at Iowa University in the USA.
Throughout his University career, he set up Millxnnials Public Speaking Consultancy upon realising the incongruence between the propensity to which public speaking was required and the general ability and confidence of most people in this area. Stewart provides bespoke public speaking consultancy to a a variety of individuals and organisations in both the U.K. and the U.S.
