COACHING FOR SENIOR LEADERS

I provide 1:1 coaching for senior leaders, both in isolation or as part of a wider piece of development work. Effective coaching provides a number of benefits including:

Appraisals are based on Apprecive Inquiry enabling reflection and learning, and future planning - all crucial for organisational growth. The appraisal process includes:

  • Appreciative Inquiry: valuing and accentuating what is good and working well, seeking to understand through questioning and discovery

  • A review of the previous year (progress against priorities)

  • Priority setting for the coming year

  • Ongoing coaching throughout the year (optional)

  • Real World Group 360 Leadership Diagnostic and feedback (optional)

360  LEADERSHIP DIAGNOSTICS

The Real World Group's 360 leadership diagnostics focus on 'leadership engagement' and have been developed through grounded research. Licensees are trained to use the diagnostics helping leaders develop awareness and insight about the impact of leadership on others.  

In addition the Performance Leader Identifier can be included within coaching development or to support selection processes.

OVERSEAS DELEGATIONS

I expect overseas work to recommence in 2022. Please do get in touch if you have a project you'd like to discuss.

I facilitate cross-cultural overseas delegations for professionals in education and children’s services. Overseas professional development helps you see the world from a different perspective, challenges assumptions and deepens the reservoir of learning. It can help improve services by exposing your team to new practices and knowledge, such as this cultural exchange with delegations from three towns in Bulgaria.
